Welcome to Urban Boutique Apartment from your owners, Charlotte, Luke and Lyla. After many years of patience, in April 2019 we were finally able to purchase the duplex apartment above our home and renovate it.
We thought long and hard about the design and finish of our holiday home so we hope you love it as much as we do. We love meeting new people so we are extremely excited to help make amazing memories for our future guests.
Our large duplex apartment is over 2000 square feet in size allowing for a maximum of 10 guests to live comfortably together in one huge property.
We have designed and decorated the apartment with absolute love and passion to ensure our guests receive the ultimate experience in luxury, comfort and relaxation. We feel the quality of finish and decadent style of the apartment will calm and sooth anyone who stays.
Urban Boutique Apartment is located just 15-20 minutes walk from the town centre of Harrogate in the picturesque county of North Yorkshire.

Below the stairs is a cool cloakroom and bench / shoe rack with ample space to throw your jackets and any other paraphernalia.
The sitting room contains a large sofa and coffee table and a wall-mounted 65 inch Sony Bravia Smart TV and a Sony DVD/Blu-Ray player. The high-quality textiles and furnishings such as a colossal round tribal mirror and stylish shutters make this room an ideal place to wind down and relax after a busy day out. Free Wireless Broadband is available throughout the property.
The bespoke, handmade fully-equipped kitchen and dining area offers a great space for entertaining with large windows allowing plenty of light in. Beautiful elegant shutters can shut out the light when required.
The kitchen houses a solid oak large Viking table which seats up to ten people comfortably. All the appliances are high quality NEFF products. There is a large Fridge / Freezer, Oven and separate Combination Microwave/Oven, Washer/Dryer, Electric Induction Hobb, Dishwasher, Kettle and Toaster and kitchen utensils.
The kitchen is equipped with small and large pans, large dishes for cooking and using the oven.
The Master Bedroom has two opulent and luxurious 4 poster King size beds, a beautiful dressing table with a large circular mirror and a wall mounted hair dryer and GHD straighteners. We have created a cool area for clothes, bags and shoes with a wood bench and scaffolding board hanging platform for your clothes of choice. This room creates a wonderful ambience in the evening with dimmable down lights accessible from your bedside.
The Den provides a relaxed atmosphere – a hide-out where you can snuggle up away from the world. The Super King Size bed swallows you up providing never-ending comfort. The boat style port hole mirrors give a feeling of being stowed away and there is a rustic dressing table with stool together with a wall mounted hair dryer and GHD straighteners. We have created a cool area for clothes, bags and shoes with a wood bench and scaffolding board hanging platform for your clothes of choice. We have included a laid back animal print chair to relax in while taking the weight of your legs.
Named affectionately after Charlotte’s Grandma, this room looks over where she previously lived and the gold feather inscribed into the stool keeps her memory alive. This bedroom has the benefit of down lights and a cluster of gold pendant lights to keep it looking bright and spacious. The stunning bespoke Super King Size bed with an emperor size headboard was made especially for this room in a decadent red and gold. There is a beautiful ash wood dressing table with stylish steel legs with a wall mounted hair dryer and GHD straighteners and a large mirror tucked under the sloping roof.
The front bedroom has an eye-catching silver Super King size bed, a beautiful ash wood dressing table and a wall mounted hair dryer and GHD straighteners. A round quirky mirror and a beautifully hand sewn leather chair completes the room – a comfy spot to relax and unwind after a busy day.
We have designed this bathroom in the hope it will provide pure relaxation and indulgence of the senses. Enter the room and you are welcomed by an imposing wall covered mirror, cool Italian porcelain tiles and a sumptuous free-standing stone bath with an impressive waterfall tap. The bathroom also contains two large rainfall water showers, toilet and a stylish round bowl sink.
The second floor bathroom offers another stylish free-standing bath, toilet, a cool LED light up mirror and original Victorian exposed wood beams.
Urban Boutique Apartment has a generous outside south-facing glass balcony terrace captures the sun for the majority of the afternoon. Clever fold away benches can be packed away to provide more space when required.
We have installed an Envirovent ATMOS Home Ventilation System which reduces moulds, toxins and Airborne Covid Particles.
We have a large private parking area which is behind secure electric gates with CCTV around the whole building.
Urban Boutique Apartment is situated close to the centre of Harrogate, a charming spa town in North Yorkshire. Harrogate is home to many music, comedy, arts and business festivals and conferences and offers an array of coffee shops, bars, shops and boutiques to keep visitors busy during their stay. The town also houses its own Royal Hall and Theatre, the Pump Rooms, a Turkish Bath and the famous Betty’s tearooms.
The apartment is situated in an excellent location on Leeds Road, with a host of amenities just outside the door. A large M&S Food, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Post Office, several takeaways and a bus stop are all just a few yards away, with Hornbeam Park train station just a 7-minute walk from the property.
